Over Two Decadesof Excellence
ADURE began in 2002 with a small number of buildings in Abu Dhabi and a straightforward commitment to the owners who trusted us with them. Looking after the asset as though it were our own. That foundation now brings together leasing and operations, facility management, and financial and legal management, alongside buying and selling - allowing ADURE to support more of the real estate journey through one company.
Two decades on, our portfolio spreads across Abu Dhabi, Hidd Al Saadiyat, Al Ain and Dubai, and the commitment has not changed. We have grown around one consistent idea: understand the asset and create value across its journey through the way it is managed, occupied and positioned.
